Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At Nexora Digital Business Management, we value customer satisfaction. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation terms for services purchased through www.nexoradbm.com

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are NOT available for one-time services after work has started.

  • Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but partial refunds will not be issued for unused days.

  • If you are unsatisfied with a service, you may request a review or adjustment before a refund is considered.

3. Cancellation of Services

  • Subscription Plans: You can cancel before your next billing cycle via your Stripe account or by emailing nexora.dbm@gmail.com.

  • Custom Service Agreements: If you cancel after work has started, refunds will be prorated based on work completed.

4. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, email nexora.dbm@gmail.com with details of your purchase and reason for the request.

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

5. Exceptions to the Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for:
❌ Change of mind after purchasing.
❌ Services already completed and delivered.
❌ Delays caused by
client unresponsiveness.
