Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Overview
At Nexora Digital Business Management, we value customer satisfaction. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation terms for services purchased through www.nexoradbm.com
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are NOT available for one-time services after work has started.
Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but partial refunds will not be issued for unused days.
If you are unsatisfied with a service, you may request a review or adjustment before a refund is considered.
3. Cancellation of Services
Subscription Plans: You can cancel before your next billing cycle via your Stripe account or by emailing nexora.dbm@gmail.com.
Custom Service Agreements: If you cancel after work has started, refunds will be prorated based on work completed.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, email nexora.dbm@gmail.com with details of your purchase and reason for the request.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
5. Exceptions to the Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for:
❌ Change of mind after purchasing.
❌ Services already completed and delivered.
❌ Delays caused by client unresponsiveness.
